San Mateo County Daily Counts

San Mateo County Home Stats February ‘08

In order to determine the appropriate price for a home, whether buying or selling, you’ve got to drill down further than this data displays.  Even individual cities have micro markets.  San Mateo is a perfect example of that.  Shoreview is not the same market as San Mateo Park.
